How to deal with the discrimination

  If we are discriminated by someone, we shouldn't give up, there is a lot of ways to deal with the problem.
  1: Love yourself
  Knowing the negative views of the people about someone's race, gender or religion can prove hurtful for them. But it is not ideal to hate for themselves for them being who they are. Instead, they must look at the things that make them a lovable person.

  2: Get the hang of yourself
  When someone facing discrimination, they must make sure not to think much about what happened. It is a must for them to take care of themselves. Moreover, they should eat nutritious food and exercise regularly. It will help them to relieve the stress.

 3: Raise your voice
  Taking action against the wrong is better than taking the unwanted stress from it. Victims should make their well-wishers aware of what happened. Next, they must think of the right way to get justice. It will help them to become a mature and thoughtful person.

 4: Make plans and learn about the consequences before taking action
  Due to the negative impact of discriminate, victims may make some decisions in a hurry. Such decisions can prove harmful for them. Thus, it is better for them to think of what they can do to teach a lesson to the culprits. They must ensure that any of their actions don’t cause problems for them in the future. It is also a must for them to consider whether their actions will hurt other people like them. Or how fruitful their efforts can prove to them and the people similar to them.

 5: And reach the right people
  If discrimination happened to someone, they can reach the people such as social activists, lawyers and other individuals who can help them. So that victims can find it easy to make the concerned people hear their voice.
