I showed some of my basic ideas to my group and they gave a lot of useful feedback to me which forced me to develop better for this project.
At the beginning, I just planned to give something to students in union about telling them not to discriminate to others. However, after the group crit, someone suggested that I could organise a social event so that more people are able to participate and know more about the problem which can get everyone involved. Hence, I am going to organise an event to tell my message through a social event.

Reason of working with Bumble yellow
As I looked at many examples of Bumble's advert, I found that all of them working with the Bumble yellow only which I think it is the representation of the whole branding, I think it would be meaningful and strong enough to represent and promote Bumble due to the fact that the Bumble yellow can create contrast and get attraction easily, for example, in the underground, the environment is quite dark, however, imagine if using the Bumble yellow which is a bright colour so it creates contrast easily.
Taking this as an example, this yellow works really well in attracting people's focus, compare with the adverts near this one, I think it attract my eyes really quick so I would look at it immediately other than others.

Example of some Bumble adverts
I looked at some examples of Bumble's advert which try to get some ideas and inspiration to my design. What I found was most of their design looks really simple but almost all of their design contained the Bumble Yellow in their advert or billboard, etc. I think it represents their company the most with that Yellow and it works well in the advert due to the fact that it is quite a bright colour which can attract people focus easily especially young age people which fit to their target. Basically, among their advert designs, it is really simple design with only words/quote with the logo only, hence, I will also make simple design as well.
Bumble
Basically, the company was founded by Whitney Wolfe in 2014, Bumble began as a dating
platform designed to let women make the first move, in order to change
engendered stereotypes within society. During 2016, Bumble started a sub–platform named Bumble BFF, which allow users to find new friends. While in 2017, it launched its third sub-
platform which named Bumble Bizz, Bumble
Bizz is a new networking vertical in the Bumble app. Un Bumble Bizz, users are able to swipe and match to make an instant connection with potential mentors,
industry leaders, brands and potential business partners. Therefore, rather than just started as a dating app at the beginning, Bumble also started to develop their company with social or business usage.
Bumble:
Bumble:
It was the first “feminist” dating app,
was born out of a desire to reinvent the
antiquated rules of dating. Over two years, the app has grown to over 20 million
registered users worldwide. Moreover, Bumble has achieved incomparably low
reports of harassment and abuse due to
the unique model of putting women in
charge and employing robust reporting. Hence, it is really a successful app.
Bumble BFF:
Due to the fact that Bumble believes that empowered relationships are critical to a healthy and happy life. So, when users asked for a platform for friend-finding, Bumble launched Bumble BFF. Nowadays, Bumble BFF helps users build new communities on a foundation of kindness, positivity, confidence, and respect. BFF make our society become better as it helps people finding new friends easily.

Bumble brief identification
I decided to work with the Bumble as my bigger brief as I have interest doing adverting designs/works which I just learnt from last module (OUGD505) such as animation, etc. And I think this is really a good chance for me to develop that skill more no matter the design output works or not.
So, basically, we were asked to Create a campaign targeting students, which promotes Bumble as a complete social networking app where users can not only find a romantic partner, but also a friend or a business partner. The target audience for this app is main for people who aged between 18 to 35, however, with this campaign they would specially like us to target the female student population. In the result, we should create:
1. 1 x London underground advert - 6 sheet (1200mm x 1800mm) 2. 1 x bus advert - superside (658mm x 6108mm)

4. 1 x 30s video advert (storyboard acceptable)
5. 1 x 10s video advert (storyboard acceptable)
6. Instagram/snapchat story advert, in gif or video format - aspect ratio 9:16 (1080mm x 1920mm)
I think this brief is really interesting to me that's why I decided to work with this brief more.
The reason that I choose this brief was because I just learnt how to make animation in my last module and I really like to do it. In order to practice and develop my skill, I decided to work on this brief. This is my bigger brief as I have more interest in it.

KFC original bucket
This is the KFC bucket using nowadays, basically, the bucket only has a icon of Colonel Harland D Sanders (the former of KFC) with the KFC red(PMS187 (CMYK: 01/100/79/20)). The bucket is using for family meal for example the 6 PIECE BARGAIN BUCKET, included 6 Pieces of Original Recipe Chicken and 4 Regular Fries which is suitable for sharing.
Brief explanation (KFC brief)
I am working the KFC brief as one of my smaller brief, basically, the brief asked us to Create a fresh new design for the KFC
bucket that will contemporise it, and
elevate it to true iconic status. The KFC bucket is a widely recognised piece of packaging, synonymous with
KFC’s Original Recipe chicken, and with family sharing occasions. Historically, the bucket has symbolised family time together. But sharing food
isn’t just about the traditional family; it’s groups of mates having a night in, a late
night feast after a band rehearsal, or a post-match celebration. When people
come together and feast together, that’s what true family is about. Hence, our friends can also be our family. We were asked to a design for the KFC bucket that is fresh and
contemporary, and that will move this piece of packaging to cultural icon status,
relevant to every ‘family’.
